The spring cone crusher is suitable for crushing all kinds of ores and rocks with hardness above medium level. (1) The moving cone rotates continuously; the material crushing process and unloading process are continued alternately along the working surface, therefore the production rate is high.(2) The materials are clamped between two cones and receiving effects of extrusion, bending and shearing, therefore it is easy for crushing and has low power consumption.(3) Homogeneous size and cubic shape of the products, as well as the homogeneous attrition of the moving cone working surface.(4) Brief introduction of the structure: the main parts of the cone crusher includerack,horizontal axis, moving cone, balance wheel, eccentric bushing, fixed cone of the upper crushing wall, moving cone of the lower crushing wall, hydraulic coupler,lubricating system,hydraulic system and operating system. The moving cone and fixed cone are all set in forward direction and when the moving cone is swinging, nearby the discharge hole of the crushing cavity, there exists an equal clearance parallel strip which guarantees the homogeneous size of the products. The feeding hole isn’t big, thus all the materials that to be crushed must have experienced primary crushing.(5) This series cone crusher adopts the way of grease or water to seal, thus dusts can’t get into the machine and guarantee the clean of lubricating oil, extend the service life of sliding bearing and thrust ball bearing and make the machine operates reliably.
